If you are creating the drawing view by dragging it in from the the View Palette there are also some options at the top of the View Palette for importing annotations.

As @Jaylin Hochstetler mentioned it is worth checking with the company doing the cutting. The company I work for also uses BLM Artube which makes this very easy as you can import an assembly and it will convert it to a single tube with notches for bending.

To give you another option you can select the Center of Mass in the Feature Tree then go to Edit - Unsuppress - All configurations

I did a quick check in SW2022 SP5.0 and I am not seeing the Center of Mass being suppressed in the non active configurations.

The option is actually called Enhanced graphics performance (requires SOLIDWORKS restart). It is the last option at the bottom in Performance. Depending on your graphics card your mileage may vary, a lot of uses here have had to turn it off due to issues.

Sorry I can' offer any suggestions as to what is wrong, but I can confirm that Excel design tables are working for me with SolidWorks 2022 SP5.0 and Office 365. The Office 365/Excel version is 2211 Build 16.0.15831.20098 64-bit

A great example in 2022 is that double clicking dimensions no longer loads the Property Manager first which made editing dimensions slower before. I don't think what you are seeing is normal, I have the older W7100 graphics card and it is not having the issue that you are showing.
