Where I used to work we had BLM tube laser. We used BLM Artube to program tubes for the laser. This is a lot easier to do in Artube than in SW. I don't know who's cutting the tube for you but I'm guessing if you give them the dimensions they can design it in Artube or something similar and produce ...

Thank you Tim, that is even quicker method. Right now I am facing my biggest challenge - I have one frame that will be bent in two planes.
