Where I used to work we had BLM tube laser. We used BLM Artube to program tubes for the laser. This is a lot easier to do in Artube than in SW. I don't know who's cutting the tube for you but I'm guessing if you give them the dimensions they can design it in Artube or something similar and produce ...

Thank you Tim Hoover, I have finally finished my technical drawings. Laser technician accepted my files. I hope that it will be weldable after cutting. I really appreciate your help.

Thank you Tim, that is even quicker method. Right now I am facing my biggest challenge - I have one frame that will be bent in two planes. IF I could get @ mike_miller 's method to work, it would be simple. Unfortunately - as with previous files - I cannot unbend more than once. Using @Tim Hoover 's...

It is based from @elmarklammer's method. I have extra features that you wouldn't need for bending the same direction.
