I can confirm I have the same issue in SW2023 SP3 when creating surfaces. Thankfully I'm only on day 2 of testing here in a standalone environment.

I've been a total of a day configuring and testing. I haven't crashed it yet, even on some of our more complex assemblies, so it seems more stable than 2019 SP5 that we are currently on.
