Re: Solidworks connected

You can test it out for very little money (~$10/month) with the Maker version (...

I just shift to 2023 1.0 from 2022 5.0 and feel blown away with graphic performance. It feels so much faster in large assembly.

Re: Solidworks 2021 SP 4.0 is NO LONGER available
Depends on how may files you have, 100,000 files in one folder can be slow, especially on a network drive. Also we have a library of folders based on type for purchased items so they can be dragged in via the task pane Design Library. 300 000 files according to Microsoft. I use Onedrive image.png

Re: Solidworks 2021 SP 4.0 is NO LONGER available
Why put file in different folders if not use PDM/PLM? I put all in one folder so never ever have same name in two files. My template files is in a separate folder and FEM, because Simulation create huge amount of files. I run SP4 and my feeling it run great compare to SP3. But i upgrade to W10 21H1 ...

Re: Does anyone actually use 3DExperience?

I ask support, if I want to leave 3DS for another PLM is it easy take out all files? the say no, one have to take out file by file, but they work on a solution. Today I use Onedrive storing files and excel for my numbers, but only ...

Re: Using configured part file for screws, nuts, washers, pins, etc. too many configs? too many where used for PDM?

I add nut and wascher in same part and give gap a configuration. So order a M6S 12x25+ BRB +M6M is one file. Openin...
