Cursor Tracking Problem when entering a sketch
As you can see from the image attached, there are lines in the x and y directions that follow the cursor when i select a sketch shape.

Any advice is welcomed. I truly dont know where to start to fix this

I'm guesting that you have an NVidia graphics card?
Regardless, I suspect that you do not have the latest graphics driver for you graphic card. Update your driver with the latest available from the graphics vendor not from the computer manufacturer.

I've had this happen when I was sketching a line or shape and I moved my 3D Mouse and my regular mouse at the same time.
A goal is only a wish until backed by a plan.
