Man that stuff is moving fast. I saw one a couple years ago, again from Boston Dynamics, and no where near that level of capability.Frederick_Law wrote: ↑Wed Aug 18, 2021 9:57 am Can't talk about robotic without Boston Dynamics:

Re: Robotic News
There was a series or something, I thought on Netflix, that had "Giant robot fights". Over all it was kind of not as exciting as you wanted it to be but they did have pretty big 20-40ft robots that hit each other which was fun.Frederick_Law wrote: ↑Wed Oct 06, 2021 11:13 am I guess this fit here.

Re: Robotic News
That's pretty cool. It's easy to get stuck in the "Well we have to make it walk like humans" mentality when in reality there's probably lots of ways to "Walk" and move that are WAY better than bi-pedal human motion that robots can do that humans can't.

Re: Robotic News
Yeah, pretty neat. With all the methods of movement, ranges, task or environments used in robotics, it's great to see someone mixing in something unique from the status quo.
