You're in luck. The Army Corps adopted it. So, it's available through them.

Even though ANSI or ASTM starndards are not that useful here in the Scandinavia, I still appreciate information. Thanks, Matt!

Compare what we've done to the original and if it makes sense, by all means use what we've done. IIRC, we modified some of the layer naming and specified things like it has to be third angle projection, that will always be the same for us. Because you are in Scandinavia, it'll definitely require modifying for metric, etc.
