But the problem is the cursor changing itself, it a super thin border.
Maybe is a Windows trouble? (SW 2021, Windows 10 Pro and 3840x2160 resolution)
Is it easy to change the cursor for you? I will check again in my laptop, but I think it's also bad
(The Display Tree is a little better, and there's a tab that makes it easy)

Quite easy for my cursor to change as long as i pointed it at the right place (on the line) but as you mention, the "margin"/area for the cursor to change seem to be relatively smaller compared to other border
