Hey Matt,
Someone over at the SW forum ended up at the unsecured http site and was questioning how to get to the secure site. I believe there's a setting somewhere to redirect anyone who types http to the secure site, somewhere. It's probably at the hosting level, not forum management if I had to guess.
Can you set it to redirect to https?

Re: Redirect HTTP to HTTPS
Hey @matt,
I can help with this if you PM me, maybe...
I set up a website a while back and just logged back into it. Apparently I never set up the unsecured http, just the https and the options really confused me until I realized that. I'm assuming you're using Cpanel. If so, to enable the ssl redirect here's what you may do?

Re: Redirect HTTP to HTTPS
One warning @matt I believe that people's logins may be affected by this change. If people told their browser to remember the login, they will be prompted for their password on this change...Maybe add a pinned thread to let them know?
Re: Redirect HTTP to HTTPS
This should be taken care of. If you see anything other than an https connection, it may be because you have created an exception or you have an internal bookmark or link that bypasses the front door (even that internal link should redirect to https). If you go to the main front door for cadforum.net or dezignstuff.com (with or without www, with or without http or https), you'll get an https connection.
If you are seeing something other than this, let me know.
