Use the Blank Body command to flatten it.

the twist section seems not to be faltten in solidedge.

SW geeks, how would you do this in SW? How would you flatten a bend like that in SW. I don't think it's possible in SW...

Good question @Jaylin Hochstetler ,,, I'm impressed with the Solid Edge sheet metal capabilities. Going to have to get a trial version and immerse myself into it. In SW I would make two 3d sketches and do a lofted bend.

I don't think either SE or SW gives you quite what you would expect, but probably the overall length is fairly close. If this part was accomplished with a twisted rectangular blank it probably would look more like this.
