Remove Document Number/Revision Number:-Title

I installed Community edition 2023 recently and imported about 60 parts from SW. The data manager was active. I have disabled it but all open parts list as eg Document Number/Revision Number:-Title:5(File name.psm) .
I just want the file name to show on the open tabs and in the assembly tree.

That is controlled by the Options. (So.. File, Settings, Options) and on the Helpers page near the bottom you are looking for "Document Name Formula". Set it to: [Filename]

That is the default, so not sure how it got changed.

Thank you. It probable got changed because I activates the data manager on install/setup.
