Import from scan???

I am a new Onshape user and am just learning my way around. I found that IOS devices are supposed to be able to directly scan 3D objects. So,I'm trying to import from LIDAR on my iPad Pro but this option doesn't show. Only import from Photos, Camera or Files. I don't know how to fix it. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Inside an Onshape document open the menu to insert a new part studio. At the top it has import scan. When you select import scan it takes you to the LIDAR scanning environment.

Hello I am also a new Onshape user, I just tried the scan function on my Ipad Pro but the result is poor, is there any proper lidar scan app that you can recommend that can generate good scans? Untill now my experience with some apps is quiet bad.
If you have a good suggestion, please tell, thanks in advance!
