Posted this on the SW forum as well... Maybe this will get the ball rolling... It's theoretically all parametric, although in practice SW balks at creating the sweeps due to geometric condition. I was only able to get it to work with 1mm diameter wires. Of course, the base and the rim still need to be added on, but those are fairly trivial once the mesh is created. Limitation of this method is that there can only be an even number of wires since it relies on creating a closed loop. This was the only way I could come up with that didn't require creating multiple sweep features.
