He's not an engineer. I believe his degree is in business or is economics related. I think he even has an MBA, but definitely no engineering degree...Though he nails engineers with his Dilbert comic pretty often.

You are correct. I just looked him up on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Adams

This is interesting, "Adams attributes his success to his idea of including his e-mail address in the panels, thus facilitating reader feedback and suggestions."

Hmmm, this makes me think of two points:
1. SolidWorks used to actively solicit our input. Now it seems they do not want to listen to what we have to say. There is a big difference between hearing and listening!
2. Perhaps someone here sent Scott Adams a suggestion for this particular episode, maybe based on their experiences with SWX of the last few years (ONE and TWO!). And no, it wasn't me!
