I have macro that makes sure every item in the bom is ballooned. I want to select the rows in my bom containing the unballooned parts. This will cause the parts to be highlighted in the drawing viewport. Is there such a command to do this? Or is there a better way to highlight the parts in the drawing views?
I looked at ITableAnnotation but do not see a method to select a specific row.

Re: select bom row
@colt I just made a post regarding this tool, so I'll mention it here as well. The Solidworks Design Checker tool has an option for this. One of the drawing checks is for un-ballooned BOM items, and it will show in the side window what BOM table items are missing balloons.

Additionally, you can just click the three arrows on the left side of the BOM table, and it will expand some 'hidden' columns that will show you what items do and do not have balloons placed.

Re: select bom row
You could add a column to the BOM table and put in an "X" for every item that is missing a balloon. The user could use this to mark their progress as they correct the missing balloons. Then, it would be simple for them to delete the column when they are done.
