Can I make Sketch Relation Symbols larger in just the sketchs?

I don't think so, though changing the Windows icon size might work. I don't recommend that since it's likely to mess up other things (like not all information being shown in other places).

If all else fails you can click on the sketch entity and its relations will show in the property manager, but I assume you already knew that.

Change your display resolution on your screen. The icon is made to be a certain size in pixels so if you're using a 4K display or something like that you'll end up having really small icons.

When in the sketch use display/delete relations window. You can cycle through the sketch relations and see what it is via the text description and it highlights on the sketch
