Reverse Mouse Wheel for Visualize (or others w/o setting)

This non-reversible mouse wheel issue came up a while back on the old SolidWorks forum.
Then, Visualize didn't have a setting for this, so I wrote a little utility to do this wheel reversal.
In the zip are three files: "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe", "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.txt", "DisplayExeName.exe".
"Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe" takes a user supplied program name and reverses the wheel for it, but only when it's the active program.
When other programs are active, the wheel rotation behaves normally for all other programs.
To install "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe", just run it. No mods are made anywhere. To uninstall, delete these files.
On startup, "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe" reads "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.txt" for the program name it will act upon.
"Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.txt" is a single line text file containing the name of the required program's executable name.
To get this executable name, run "DisplayExeName.exe", make Visualize active and press the keyboard shortcut for "DisplayExeName.exe".(Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E, shown on "DisplayExeName.exe" startup).
Once you have the executable name (and pasted it into "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.txt"), you don't need "DisplayExeName.exe" anymore.
Down in the lower right of your monitor, in the tray, right click its green "H" and click Exit.
You can pause or exit "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe" in the same way.
"Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe" can only work on one program at a time.
So, if you need its services for another program, copy and rename "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.exe".
Also copy "Reverse Mouse Wheel V3.txt" and rename it to the same name (except the extension).
Run "DisplayExeName.exe" for the second instance's execeutable name.
