Hello, I had been using two displays for a while and Search.exe pinned to my task bar would open fine. I'm working from home for a few days and have only one display. Now search.exe will start and show in task manager, but the window is not visible. It really feels like it's on the other display area even though there is only one display connected to the work station.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Re: PDM Search tool window not on display.
sorry, never mind. It dawned on me right after I submitted my question that I might be able to mess with the registry. After a little trial and errors I determined the WindwoMinPtx has some corolation to where the window starts. I don't know exactly how they work, but I was able to get the window on screen then position it and close it. Now it starts in that position each time.
