When I want to change the state of a file, it would be helpful if, after the p/n column, there was the description column.
I see in the "Columns" section of the PDM admin program you can add another column set, but not modify the existing default column set. If I create a new column set, lets say we call it, "State Change 2", how can I re-direct PDM to use the new column set?
I'm using PDM SW2021.

You give permission to use the column set on a per group or per user basis, and use the 'Preferred' option to make it the default for a group or user, as explained in the PDM Help
