Sheet Metal Mirror Issue, Help Please

For some reason when i mirror this part along the long straight edge it will not unfold. I cant for the life of me see why and there is next to know help on the Web. Can anyone tell me what is going wrong=

Seems to be working OK for me. Can you share the file with mirror feature added?

Which straight edge are you trying to mirror off of? The part you uploaded does not even have a mirror feature in it.
