Extending of sheet metal

Sometimes I get questions about editing sheet metal in the context of extending geometry.
Although CAD programs like Inventor have a set of tools that automate work with sheet metal structures,
it seems that they are optimal for trimming, shortening and material removal, and not the best for extending and stretching.

In response to these questions, I decided to record a tutorial a while ago with a set of practices and workflows
that allow you to obtain almost any sheet metal geometry, precisely match the cooperating elements and efficiently stretch (adding material to complex geometry).
And all this while maintaining the perpendicularity of the perimeter surfaces.
