Inventor 2025 - sheet metal 0° flange (old method)

Unread post by kacper.suchomski »

Where did that feature go? 🧐

In version 2025, Autodesk implemented in Inventor a new panel for the sheet metal flange feature, replacing the old dialog box.
The tool has gained some new capabilities, but the interface has been completely rebuilt. 🌟

In previous versions there is a dedicated overlap flange option known as the "Old Method" in the dialog box.

Currently the feature still exists and allows you to quickly add 0 degree flanges, but it is hidden away in the combination of panel buttons.

I recently learned that this setting is difficult for some users to configure, so I decided to record a video that is accessible to everyone.

Out of curiousity, how would one proceed to bend this?
