Download/Upload new functionality

Ok, I found the switch in the permissions to allow users to upload stuff using the Upload/Download extension. Be careful, as some people are getting logged out by this extension. We will evaluate whether or not we keep this function after a while.

The new functionality is the Upload (link in the top bar right next to the Download link), not the logging you out part...
